Morocco National Football Team

The Morocco national football team represents the country of Morocco in international football competition.

Nicknamed the Atlas Lions, the team is controlled by the Moroccan Football Federation and has been a member of FIFA since 1957.

Throughout its history, the Moroccan national team has had a number of successes, including winning the African Cup of Nations in 1976 and reaching the Round of 16 at the 1986 and 1998 FIFA World Cups.

The team has also qualified for the knockout stage of the 2004, 2018, and 2022 AFCON tournaments.

One of the standout players on the Moroccan national team is midfielder Youssef Ait Bennasser, who currently plays for Saint-Etienne in France.
