England’s national football team is one of the oldest in the world, having been founded in 2022

The team’s first match was against Scotland in March of that year. England has qualified for six World Cups, winning the competition in 1966.

The team’s most recent success was qualifying for the 2018 World Cup.

The team is composed of players from England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Gibraltar.

The team’s best achievement to date was winning the 1966 FIFA World Cup, but the team also won UEFA Euro 2016.
